The agreement

Openlike (openlike.app) is operated by AurumSpire LLC, a Pennsylvania company. Using Openlike means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Openlike is for adults. You must be 18 or older to claim a link or send a note. Notes claiming an age under 18 are rejected outright.

The service

A page you claim, a structured note form where the people who liked you can identify themselves, and an inbox where you decide who can reach you.

Seeing your notes is free, forever. If paid conveniences ever exist, they will never gate your inbox or your notes.

Decisions are final. When a receiver declines a note, that decision is permanent. Openlike will not reveal it, reverse it, or confirm it happened.

Openlike is independent. It has no connection to Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, or any other dating app, and it never interacts with their systems.

The rules

Be honest. Describe only your own dating profile in a note. No impersonating anyone, and no using Openlike to harass, threaten, or stalk.

Don't automate. No scraping, bots, or bulk submissions.

Don't circumvent. One note per person per receiver. Working around declines, blocks, or rate limits — new networks, new browsers, VPNs — is a violation of these terms, not a loophole.

Notes are screened. Automated moderation reads every note — and screens every photo — before the receiver does; a photo that isn't cleared stays blurred until the receiver chooses to view it. We may reject or remove content that breaks these rules, without notice.

People, not promises

Openlike verifies nobody. We don't run background checks, and the profile fields in a note are checked by the receiver against the real app, not by us. A note that looks right is not a guarantee about the person behind it.

You are responsible for your interactions with other people, on Openlike and after you leave it. Use the same judgment you'd use with any stranger from a dating app. To the extent the law allows, AurumSpire LLC is not liable for the conduct of Openlike's users.

Your content

What you put in a note stays yours. You give AurumSpire LLC the license needed to run Openlike: hosting and storing your note, screening it with automated moderation, and showing it to the one person you addressed it to. Nothing else.

Copyright

If something on Openlike infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at dmca@aurumspire.com with a notice containing the elements listed in 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3): identification of the work, where the infringing material sits on Openlike, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act, and your signature.

We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

The legal part

As-is. Openlike is a small independent service provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, AurumSpire LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of what you paid Openlike in the twelve months before the claim (today: nothing — Openlike is free) or $100.

Indemnity. If your content or your violation of these terms causes a legal claim against AurumSpire LLC, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.

Law and venue. Pennsylvania law governs these terms. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania — or small-claims court where eligible. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Housekeeping

Ending things. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account any time in Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent.

Changes. If these terms change, the update is posted here with a new date. Material changes get a clear notice on the site.
